"I tried this out a few years ago because my sister had it. My lips used to be really dry/chapped. When I put this on, I immediately loved it. It moisturized so well that my lips looked better than they had in a long time. So I got one for myself, and it's been my favorite gloss since. It has a nice shine, moisturizes great, smells nice, tastes yummy. Very minty and tingly. And they go on sale a lot. The only downside is that the tube itself gets dirty easily. But I don't mind too much since the product inside is what matters. I've repurchased many times already :) "

"This is my favorite of the mentha lip shines - but I'm biased because spearmint is my favorite mint flavor. Like the other mentha lip shines, the texture is thick enough to stay put but not sticky or tacky. It tastes delicious and gives your lips a medium gloss - I wouldn't call it a subtle sheen, but it's not a glass-like finish either. It moisturizes very well even after the product has worn off. It comes in a squeeze tube with a generous amount in it. I wish they would make the spearmint gloss tinted, but it's very pretty as just a clear gloss. " I got this as a gift. i own a LOT of lipglosses (dior, chanel, mac, juicy tubes) and this is the one i continually get compliments on and questions about when i wear it. it is very shiny and strikingand really does plump up your lips and i NEVER say that about glosses. i think of the whole "plumping" idea as a farce. it also smells and tastes great - which most scented lipglosses do not. it is moisturizing and lasts well enough. i want the tinted ones now.."

"This is my new favorite lip gloss! This is a new product and is different from the orange cream lip shine. I bought this gloss about a month ago, when it first came out. They had 2 other new flavors: raspberry and lime.
I chose the orange because I loved the orange flavor and smell. I did not buy the raspberry or lime but they did not have the same intense scent as the orange.
This is a clear gloss with a wonderful orange-mint scent and taste. I never lick my lips but I am tempted to with this gloss because it tastes so good. The taste is strongly orange with a hint of mint. It is very shiny, more so than I normally wear but I am getting used to it. The gloss comes in a tube with a slanted, plastic tip. I like that since I don't like sponge applicators. Also, the lid twists off easily after just a few turns so it isn't hard to remove or replace. I hate it when I have to fight with the cap on a product!
The only thing I don't like about this gloss is the fact that it is very sticky. It feels good on my lips but I hate when my hair gets stuck in sticky gloss. But, overall, I love this gloss and will re-purchase."

"Wow, what a little gem this gloss is! I've always avoided these glosses thinking the mint and menthol are a huge irritant to lips. A VERY nice swapper sent this as an extra. I <3 the orange scent, it totally reminds me of childhood orange Push-Pops! The gloss is thick, but not sticky, it does last a long time though. As long as you're not eating or drinking anything. It mosturizes my lips VERY well. So, I am using this and my V.S Beauty Rush Sugar Buzz gloss for nighttime wear."
"I love the Mentha Lip Shines. Before this, I was really into Burt's Bees, but this is going to replace it. I love the light glossy finish, and I like the orangey-minty flavor (I think I like the Orange Cream the best out of all of the flavors). It's refreshing, and I like how the mint soothes my chapped lips. The texture is smooth and not very sticky, and it keeps my lips moisturized for a really long time. Granted, I live in California, so the weather here isn't too harsh, so I'm not sure how this would hold up in extremely cold weathers; however, for milder climates, this works great! The only thing I don't like about this is that the gloss itself is sugary, and I don't like it when glosses have a taste."

"I'm sad this isn't a permanent flavor but I love this one! It's probably one of my favorite soda fountain gloss to date. I pretty much had to ran out to a BBW for this when I found out there was a Butterscotch Vanilla Sundae gloss. Too good to be true but I was unsure of how glittery it'll be and how it'll mix with the minty flavor. Surprisingly it's very nice. You get a nice warm butterscotch scent at first with a cooling mint flavor later. The color is a really sheer pale gold, definitely much more subtle than it looks from the tube so it's good for any time of the day. A beautiful shade on its own or over other lip colors. Lovely light texture, non-sticky, decent staying power, moisturizing. C.O. Bigelow should have a permanent Butterscotch gloss seriously!"

"I got this product at BBW's semi annual sale. I was intimidated at first at how dark the color was. However, the color was pretty sheer on my lips. It neutralizes my lips and gives my lips a healthy shine. It is a bit sticky but I don't really mind it. I love the smell! It's minty yet smells like a fudge! It's a nice and natural scent, not synthetic at all. Best of all, the scent is not overpowering but very mellow. It also gives my lips a tingling feeling not stinging feeling. I am a lover of all things Marshmallow & Mint normally.. but I didn't think I would like this combination in a lip balm, so I wasn't going to order it. I just don't/didn't like the tingly feeling of mint on my lips... usually... I would however do anything this gloss told me to do after trying it LOL:)
The first reviewer described it as smelling like the inside of a York Peppermint Patty.. that is all that needed to be said.. I was at the store the next day. She hit it dead on with that description. It has a sweet taste that tastes like it too.. yea I know you aren't suppose to taste it but I admit it smelled so good I kept licking my lips while wearing it LOL:) It is not as tingly as other mint glosses I have used, so I did appreciate that.
It is light pink almost white in the tube, with an iridescent fine mica shimmer in it. When applied it is sheer and clear, almost makes your lips a tad pinker (from the tingly mint I think) and has a slight sparkle.. a barely there but light catching sparkle. Kind of like looking at the snow in the sunlight.. you catch those few snowflakes that sparkle but the color stays the same."

While I enjoy the Mentha Lip Shines for a burst of shine and flavor, I don't particularly like them for providing moisture. I actually find them somewhat drying and suggest applying a regular balm before wearing the Lip Shines."

"Mentha lip tints are my life. I wish I could have all of them, seriously.
The one I have is Pink Mint and it comes in a tube. It's supposed to be designed for giving you fresh breath because it comes with 2% peppermint oil. It smells like peppermint and it's very refreshing but I don't use it to freshen my breath (I eat mints for that) but it feels nice on your lips. The color is really pretty and quite glossy.
It retails 7.50 but sometimes BBW has sales and it'll be 5 (that's how much I got mine for). The company is C.O. Bigelow so you'll be able to find them at C.O. Bigelow stores too.
There is 0.5 oz in the tube and no spf. The color is sheer, or so it says. It's not tested on animals (yay!). The color is a light light pink and it's very very slightly shimmery. From what I can see, it's not just gold shimmers but they don't show up shimmery on your lips, it's just glossy. It's not sticky at all and I really do love this product.
The fact that it's a tube kind of irks me because I hate making a mess on the applicator but it's not something that would hinder me from buying more.

"At first I tried the Violet Mint but it didn't really look good on me. So I bought this on a whim at BBW Semi-Annual sale for $5. Anyhoo, this stuff is a tad shiner than my normal gloss (Chanel Glossimer in Glaze), but it provides a nice shine, very similar to a clear gloss. The gloss itself is so light that it would barely show up on anyones lips, but since my lips are naturally pigmented, all I need is a nice shine anyway. So for those of you looking for something with color, this really isn't it. The shade is similar to Clinique's Superbalm (the original not the tinted kind) in terms of how it shows up on lips.
